  The menu at the Chef’s Table changes regularly with the growing seasons. Chef Josh believes in fresh seasonal produce and you can find him daily at local farmers markets perusing what is fresh each day. He even brings fresh herbs from his personal garden. Come in frequently to experence our seasonal specials. Here is our menu.

The Chefs Table will be having an Argentine Wine Dinner on Wednesday November 18th. There will be 4 wines and 5 courses for $50 excluding tax and gratuity. To make your reservation please email or call us.

Thanksgiving Menu with the note that the seating times will be at 2pm, 4pm, and 6pm. The cost for the Thanksgiving Feast is $35 per person excluding tax and gratuity. Also there will be a regular limited menu available. Click for Thanks Giving Menu

  With over 250 different wines to offer The Chef's Table has the largest selection in Waynesville. Retail wine sales available, offering excellent pricing which can meet your favorite wine sellers best prices on case and mixed cases.

  The Chef's Table offers many delicious catering options including Hors D' Oeuvers, fruit platters, soups, salads, entrees, and sides.

  Chef Monroe’s speciality is in fruit carving and fruit displays. It is a true passion of his and he loves to be challenged. From the simple apple bird to watermelon boats, his creations will enrich any event.

  The menu below is only a guideline to some culinary ideas. A $500 minimum order is required. We gladly accept your own ideas or can assist you in designing a menu to fit your needs. Please call for consultation.
